Job summary

Requires TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 10+ years of systems integration experience, and proven multi‑vendor or system‑of‑systems work

• Identify and resolve systemic integration risks, conflicts, and dependencies.

• Support senior technical reviews, milestone events, and executive briefings.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level ESIs.
• Support acquisition and source selection activities with integration expertise.

• Strong leadership, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience operating in regulated or mission‑critical environments
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting IC, DoD, or DOJ mission programs, Experience integrating cloud, data, and legacy systems at scale, Familiarity with Agile at scale (SAFe), enterprise architecture, or governance frameworks

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Pay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $110,000 - $195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for and depending on the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range
