Job summary

VTG Defense in Aurora, Colorado seeks a Senior Enterprise Systems Integrator to provide enterprise-level integration leadership across mission-critical environments and advise government and program leadership on complex system-of-systems integration. The role leads integration strategy, governance of standards and interfaces, and coordination across Agile Release Trains, solution teams, and partners.

Requires TS/SCI with Poly, Bachelor's, 10+ years, and proven multi-vendor/system-of-systems

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience integrating complex, multivendor, or system-of-systems architectures.
• Strong leadership, advisory, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience operating in regulated or mission-critical environments.

Do you have what it takes?

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting IC, DoD, or DOJ mission programs, Experience integrating cloud, data, and legacy systems at scale, Familiarity with Agile at scale (SAFe), enterprise architecture, or governance frameworks

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $110,000 - $195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for and depending on the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range
