Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Sr. Systems group Manager – Management Systems Development to lead engineering and operational delivery for enterprise applications that support infrastructure governance, application resiliency, and visibility across hybrid environments.

You will provide people leadership, technical direction, and end-to-end ownership for in-house applications and automation platforms used across the enterprise. The role emphasizes governance, security, and scalable platform engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of experience with management approaches, tools and techniques.
10+ years of experience in an IT environment.
Experience in connecting distributed software and services across heterogeneous platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise server inventory, governance, and management systems.
Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, reliability, and security of applications.
Develop automation capabilities enabling self-service network and server management.
Drive modernization initiatives, APIs, automation platforms, and platform scalability.
Oversee production support, incident response, release management, and change control processes.
Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with architecture standards.
Establish KPIs for platform health and continuous improvement.
Lead and develop a team of engineers and Agile resources across organizations.
