Job summary

The City of Roseville Information Technology team is seeking a Systems Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise platforms that connect residents, businesses, and city services.

You will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, collaborate across divisions, and help deliver secure, high-availability systems while navigating a hybrid work arrangement and a standard 8-to-5 schedule.

Qualifications

• Two years of responsible experience performing duties similar to that of a Business Systems Analyst II, Database Analyst II or Information Technology Analyst II with the City of Roseville.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with major course work in computer science, information systems, business management, business information systems, or a related field.
• Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
• Some positions require clearance of a comprehensive Police Department (PD) background check within 12 months of appointment.
