Job summary

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Business Systems Analyst I/II within the Enterprise Systems & Applications team.

This role provides business analysis, project support, and system administration oversight for enterprise business systems used across the Department of Aviation, including Maximo, SharePoint, ERP, asset management, and workflow automation platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Public Administration, or related field; certificate may substitute on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
• Some business systems analysis experience desirable.
• II level requires two years of professional work experience in business systems analysis in a large multi-processing environment.
• Citizenship/work authorization in the United States; Nevada driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional level customer support activities related to business systems.
• Identifies and documents departmental business requirements for business applications and IT projects.
• Documents and translates work processes into business/functional requirements.
• Develops and maintains user documentation; trains staff in system use.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and vendors to implement system improvements.
• Performs system acceptance testing and QA of documentation; analyzes complex business-system issues.
