Job summary

LA28 is hiring an enterprise-focused analyst to build and run the systems that power the Games organization. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, support complex integrations, and track testing from requirements through go-live.

You will work with internal teams and external developers, maintaining documentation, UAT plans, and deployment strategies while collaborating across project teams across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Elicit and document business requirements and use cases.
• Draft test plans and UAT plans; track defects to resolution.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and third-party developers.
• Support portfolio backlog triage and intake meetings.
• Bridge business needs with technical delivery across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize minutes and decisions for project managers.
• Draft and maintain requirements specifications and deployment plans.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security and Architecture on enhancements and risk.
• Triage system requests; provide day-to-day analytical support to end users.
• Support end-to-end technical implementations and system integrations.
