Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Senior Associate, OAS Enterprise Systems to help build and run enterprise systems that power the organization. You will act as a hybrid business/technical analyst across applications, spanning requirements through testing and go‑live.

You will gain broad exposure across project teams, stakeholders and external developers while supporting multiple solutions and working onsite in Downtown Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with end-to-end technical implementations and system integrations.
• Experience writing technical documentation and deployment plans, including UAT and release management.
• Experience working with third-party developers and external vendors; fluency with SharePoint and Smartsheet.
• Experience with DevOps platforms for defect tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning; Agile and Waterfall familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize minutes, capture decisions and coordinate inputs from stakeholders and third‑party developers.
• Elicit and document requirements, specifications and use cases bridging business needs and delivery.
• Draft test plans and UAT plans, and track defects, enhancements and changes through to resolution.
• Triage portfolio backlog with the Director and project managers; support intake meetings and new requests.
• Analyze business processes and recommend workflow improvements and automations.
• Collaborate with external providers and internal teams on enhancement requests and risk mitigation.
• Triage system requests and provide day‑to‑day analytical support for end users.
