Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC invites applications for a Linux Systems Administrator to support secure IT operations. A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required, and sponsorship is not available.

Ten years of SA experience and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field are expected; five years may substitute for the degree. You will manage Linux systems, patching, and network devices in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Ten years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Linux system administration across multiple OS is required.
• Experience with IAVA patching and vulnerability management is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support across multiple operating systems with a security mindset.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Aid users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Configure and manage Cisco/Palo Alto switches and firewalls.
• Provide day-to-day support for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Perform Nessus scanning and vulnerability analysis.

Description

We are seeking a talented Linux Systems Administrator to provide system support across multiple operating system with a security understanding and experience.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience
