The role guides program strategy, engages executive stakeholders, and fosters cross-functional collaboration with product, channel, and operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data, insights, and business needs into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Proven ability to use data-driven insights, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, shape and prioritize strategic initiatives, and measure their impact over time.
• Demonstrated experience building trusted partnerships with key partners/executives.
• Communicates strategic business plans and tactical goals to team members.
• Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Demonstrates effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with risk mitigation, operational excellence and process management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to succinctly convey information within a compelling narrative.

Responsibilities

• Guides the strategic direction of enterprise-wide initiatives to drive transformation and performance across business segments.
• Provides strategic guidance to senior managers and engage executive stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful program execution.
• Fosters collaboration across product, channel, and operations teams to ensure integrated and cohesive delivery of initiatives.
• Ensures governance frameworks are followed and deliver measurable outcomes through disciplined execution and performance tracking.
• Drives innovation and lead change initiatives that enhance enterprise capabilities and support continuous improvement.
• Performs analytics, assessments, and/or interpretation of data and/or information to identify business opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes.
• Develops strategic and tactical plans to drive progress towards business goals and objectives.
• Partners with and influences senior leaders on strategic priorities.
