Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in Chicago seeks a Strategy & Transformation Director to lead enterprise transformation by translating strategic ambition into focused priorities, value initiatives, disciplined execution plans, and measurable outcomes.

This role partners with COO, Segment Presidents, and Global Leaders to clarify what matters, align leadership, and mobilize the organization toward high-value opportunities with structured problem solving and credible business cases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, transformation, enterprise program leadership, or related fields.
• MBA from a top-tier business school preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills for C-suite and Board materials.

Responsibilities

• Shape and align on priorities critical to Kimberly-Clark's strategic and transformation ambition.
• Develop value initiatives with Segment and Functional leaders and mobilize teams for high-value opportunities.
• Translate priorities into a sequenced portfolio with milestones, owners, governance, and resourcing.
• Lead executive discussions on prioritization, trade-offs, and risks to value delivery using data and judgment.
• Provide structured problem solving and analytics to initiative teams; frame questions and translate insights into actions.
• Ensure transformation priorities are set up with credible plans, resources, and leadership attention.
• Establish accountability, surface gaps/risks, and enable timely escalation and course correction.
• Partner with initiative teams to drive outcomes and de-risk value delivery.
• Offer targeted support through internal strategy, transformation, or initiative teams as needed.
