Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead a complex core banking data migration and conversion initiative. The role requires steering cross-functional teams across business and technology to execute data mapping, validation, testing, and cutover planning.

Ideal candidates bring deep enterprise PM experience in core banking environments, large-scale data migrations, and strong stakeholder leadership, with governance and risk management proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives in banking or financial services.
• Experience managing core banking conversions and enterprise data migrations.
• Experience delivering projects with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product mapping between legacy banking products and future-state structures.
• Lead data mapping, conversion planning, testing, and validation activities.
• Identify system dependencies across tech and data teams and manage risks.
• Develop and manage plans for data validation, testing, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate multiple mock conversions and conversion rehearsals.
• Track defects and drive remediation with business and tech teams.
• Lead readiness planning and production cutover execution.
• Provide executive-level project health reporting.
