Job summary

CSL Plasma Inc. seeks a Director of Project Management Search & Evaluation to lead external innovation evaluations and early due diligence efforts. The role spans Scouting, triage, governance, and handoffs to BD and Development PM, coordinating with R&D, Legal, and Finance in a hybrid setup.

The position is based in King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA with onsite presence three days per week. A strong background in multi-disciplinary project leadership and external partnerships is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc/MBA).
• 12+ years in biopharma with 8+ years managing cross-functional projects under tight timelines.
• S&E/BD&L or external innovation exposure required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PM for the Global Search function across external opportunities.
• Coordinate early stage due diligence and governance activities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and status dashboards for senior leadership.
• Coach and mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.
