LPL Financial is seeking a high-performing VPII, Corporate Strategy Lead to join the Corporate Strategy team.

This senior role reports to the SVP, Head of Corporate Strategy & Pricing and will help shape the firm’s long-term strategic agenda, translate complex market dynamics into executive-ready recommendations, and lead high-priority initiatives that materially impact LPL’s growth, competitive positioning, operating model, and enterprise value.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, strategy, engineering, liberal arts, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent, with senior-level exposure.
• Ability to lead complex strategy projects from problem definition through recommendations.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities including business case development, market sizing, and scenario analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise strategy initiatives: drive strategic projects addressing opportunities and risks, including growth, operating model evolution, pricing strategy, and market expansion.
• Shape executive decision-making by framing questions and translating analyses into clear options for senior leaders.
• Build strategic narratives with executive-ready materials to align on strategy and investment priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, Technology, Product, Legal, Risk, and Transformation to ground recommendations.
• Advance competitive and market intelligence by monitoring wealth management trends and competitor moves.
• Develop market sizing, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to support major decisions.
• Support Board and executive strategy sessions with materials and pre-reads.
• Manage and develop strategy talent by coaching analysts and building capability.
• Translate strategy into execution with roadmaps, governance, metrics, and implementation plans.
