Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora seeks a System Strategy Advisor to serve as an internal strategy consultant to executive leadership, shaping long-range, enterprise-wide strategies across care models, capacity planning, and geographic expansion.

You will partner with vice presidents and physician leaders to challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and build alignment on decisions with long-term implications for patients and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• Three years of healthcare strategy, planning, and organizational development experience.
• Equivalency allows 1:1 year substitution of experience for education.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-range enterprise strategies, strategic plans, and recommendations influencing future direction of the organization.
• Serves as an internal strategy consultant and trusted advisor to executive leadership with data-informed recommendations.
• Identifies, evaluates, and develops strategic alternatives through structured problem solving and market assessment.
• Partners with executive, physician, and operational leaders to assess trends, risks, and opportunities influencing performance and growth.
• Facilitates complex discussions among senior leaders to evaluate opportunities and align on enterprise decisions.
• Develops and delivers executive-level presentations and strategic communications to convey analyses and recommendations.
