Job summary

Deliverect in Toronto is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive enterprise growth by delivering strategic guidance and deep API integration expertise across hospitality, retail, and ecommerce clients. You will translate complex requirements into scalable implementations, align stakeholders, and ensure successful adoption of our platform across diverse business models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased tech implementations in SaaS.
• 4+ years hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation.
• Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Deep API & integration literacy across REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and token auth.
• Strong analytical thinking with a systems approach to data flows and architecture.
• Executive-level communication with C-suite and business stakeholders.
• Automation, scripting, and familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity.
• Experience with API platforms and tools such as Postman.

Responsibilities

• Technical scoping and solution architecture for enterprise customers.
• Consultative implementation advising on best practices and optimized integration.
• C-suite and stakeholder management with clear, actionable guidance.
• Product feedback and VOC collaboration to influence roadmaps.
• Define paths in ambiguous environments and establish structure.
• Lead end-to-end testing, onboarding, and enablement for customers.
• Troubleshooting complex integrations and APIs to resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and promote technical excellence.
