Job summary

Relay Payments is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to own a portfolio of strategic clients, drive adoption, and align product roadmaps with customer needs. You will partner with Sales to manage complex implementations, ensure successful integrations, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead technical discussions, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and provide post-go-live support to ensure ongoing satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing enterprise-level customer books of business.
• Track record of meeting KPIs in a customer success or account management role.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements and quarterly business reviews with large customers.
• Manage end-to-end implementation plans and integration projects.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive adoption and product roadmap alignment.
• Provide customers with post-go-live support and success metrics.
• Develop detailed product requirements and user stories from discovery to rollout.
