Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to join a leader in the Legal & Accounting space. This role shapes enterprise technology strategy across architecture, integration, and modernization initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to design secure, scalable solutions that support compliance, data governance, and operational efficiency.

You will influence cloud, hybrid, and AI-enabled ecosystems while modernizing core platforms in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology solutions and architecture.
• Experience as an architect on large-scale software projects.
• Strong knowledge of web applications, middleware, and cloud microservices.
• Experience with multiple programming languages including C#, Java, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with autonomous AI agents and enterprise system integration.
• Expertise in architecture modeling tools such as UML and Visio.

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This role will shape enterprise technology strategy across architecture, integration, and modernization initiatives. The selected candidate will partner with technical and business stakeholders to design secure, scalable solutions that support compliance, data governance, and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to influence cloud, hybrid, and AI-enabled ecosystems while helping modernize core platforms in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $187,000 annually
