NTT Data is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to provide expert guidance on optimizing and modernizing our integration infrastructure for this REMOTE, part-time, 3-month contract, 20-30 hours per week.

This position is W2 only and does not qualify for sponsorship or C2C.

About the Role

This role requires deep expertise in TPA health plans, HealthEdge applications, integration solutions, and CRM systems (specifically Salesforce) to help our client explore flexible alternatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess the company’s proprietary integration hub and present viable replacement options, ensuring more flexibility and ownership over integration tools.
2. Conduct a market analysis of integration hubs that align with business needs and recommend best-fit solutions.
3. Evaluate current Salesforce CRM setup and provide recommendations on optimizing its integration with HealthEdge or transitioning to a more suitable CRM.
4. Provide strategic consulting on CRM configurations and industry best practices to maximize operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of integration solutions while mitigating disruptions to operations.
6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in healthcare integration hubs and CRM systems to provide informed recommendations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Third-Party Administrator (TPA) health plans with a deep understanding of HealthEdge applications.
2. Minimum of 3 years comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its capabilities within a healthcare environment.
3. High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong expertise in integration solutions with a history of implementing and optimizing proprietary and market-available integration hubs.
2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting complex solutions in a clear and actionable manner.
