• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Experience in financial services or asset management.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, data platforms, and AI/agentic platforms.
• Experience operating Architecture Centers of Excellence or similar cross-organizational architecture forums.
• Strong written communication with reference architectures and technical guidance documents.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Architect to plan and execute enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PGIM-specific reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for cloud and data platforms.
• Support architecture strategy alignment between affiliates and the central CTO Enterprise Architecture function.
• Design and support application modernization efforts leveraging Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform technologies.
• Contribute to AI capabilities guidance and reusable AI components.

Location: Cincinnati, OH / Hybrid

What's the Job?

• Partner closely with theChief Architect and architecture team to plan and execute enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of PGIM-specific reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for cloud and data platforms.
• Support architecture strategy alignment betweenaffiliates and the central CTO Enterprise Architecture function.
• Design and support application modernization efforts leveraging Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform technologies.
• Bring technical depth to the AI capabilities, shaping enterprise guidance on responsible AI adoption and reusable AI components.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience, preferably within financial services or asset management.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, data platforms, and AI/agentic platforms.
• Experience operationalizing Architecture Centers of Excellence or similar cross-organizational architecture forums.
• Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of reference architectures and technical guidance documents.
• Ability to engage effectively with both executive and engineering audiences, adjusting communication style accordingly.
