GreenSky LLC in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to design and govern cloud-native, AI-enabled technology solutions that support growth and digital transformation.

This role partners across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business teams to define scalable architectures, modernize applications, drive cloud adoption, and enable AI-powered software delivery practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/infrastructure/enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years designing enterprise cloud solutions.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure and IaC.
• Experience with microservices, containers, API management.
• Strong CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation knowledge.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI governance.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in either in our Sandy Springs, GA, or Alpharetta, GA office, GA/ 2 days remote). Must be flexible to work at either officedepending on required projects/meetings.

Position Overview: GreenSky is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design and governance of cloud-native, AI-enabled technology solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. This role partners across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business teams to define scalable architectures, modernize applications, drive cloud adoption, and enable AI-powered software delivery practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and govern secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise solutions across cloud, application, and data platforms.
• Lead cloud architecture and modernization initiatives across AWS and Azure environments.
• Establish architecture standards for microservices, API-first development, event-driven systems, containers, and serverless technologies.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering capabilities, including Generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation.
• Partner with engineering teams to implement modern DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and software delivery practices.
• Develop technology roadmaps, architecture standards, and governance processes that align with business objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor technical teams and serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise architecture and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, cloud-native architectures, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with application modernization, microservices, containerization, API management, and serverless platforms.
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and software delivery best practices.
• Experience with AI platforms, Generative AI technologies, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI governance.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• AI or cloud architecture certifications.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Services, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and agentic AI frameworks.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role ranges from $180,000 per year to $220,000 per year + an annual bonus. Compensation will be determined by several factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible to receive a full suite of medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid personal/sick time.
