Job summary

Pitt Community College is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Administrator to manage and maintain the college’s enterprise applications and systems. This role ensures optimal performance, security, and integration with other institutional systems.

Under limited supervision, you’ll support upgrades, patches, and regulatory compliance while providing training and documentation for IT staff and end users. This position emphasizes reliability and cross-team collaboration in a college setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• 3-5 years of enterprise systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, system admin, and security best practices.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based systems including AWS and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in managing virtual server infrastructure and DR/backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise applications and systems (installation, config, troubleshooting).
• Monitor performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise systems administration or similar role
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, system administration, and security best practices
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based systems, including AWS, Microsoft 365, and Etrieve
• Proficiency in managing virtual server infrastructure
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions

OR an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
