Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to develop and prototype analytics and tools for compliance and business processing. You will explore ML/AI approaches, validate concepts in a research and development setting, and implement models with monitoring for data flows and functions.

The role requires extensive SWE experience, strong Python and data science skills, and experience with Linux environments, Jira, Confluence, and modern code tools.

Qualifications

• 14+ years experience as a SWE in similar programs and contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
• 4+ years of related SWE experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and prototype compliance and business processing analytics and tools.
• Investigate, integrate, and test compliance modernization ML/AI algorithms and proof-of-concepts.
• Develop models and implement metrics and monitoring for tools, functions, and data flows.
