Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Cloud Software Engineer to leverage data science for challenging analytic problems and develop a scalable, multi-tenant cloud environment. The role focuses on state-of-the-art ML techniques for behavioral, geo-temporal, social, and content analysis across large-scale data.

Strong coding, cloud, and distributed systems experience are required. The position may allow partial telework; Top-Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Java, Python, and C++/Java in the last ten years.
• Design and develop applications in Windows or UNIX/Linux environments in the last seven years.
• Experience with modern databases (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.) in the last three years.
• Experience with distributed processing (Spark, Flink, Beam, Databricks, etc.) in the last three years.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) in the last three years.
• Object-oriented requirements analysis and design in the last three years.
• Kubernetes/AWS/Azure/GCP experience in the last two years.
