Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a highly experienced Software Engineer to develop, enhance, and prototype compliance and business analytics tools. You will implement ML/AI algorithms, automate compliance functions, and test proofs-of-concept in the RD environment, building models with monitoring for data flows.

The role requires 14+ years SWE experience and a BS in CS, with strong background in Python, GM Learn, data science, and Linux-based development.

• Experience with Python.

• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Experience developing in a Linux operating environment.
• Experience with Java and Scala.
• Experience with Lucene, JEXL, SQL, JSON.
• Random Forest and feature development.
• Experience with ML model building and monitoring.
• Experience with Ghostmachine (Map/Reduce).
• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks.
• Experience with IntelliJ and/or Eclipse.
• Experience with Git/Gitlab and/or Stash/Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and prototype compliance and business processing analytics and tools.
• Develop methods for automating compliance functions and improve existing methods.
• Investigate, integrate, and test compliance modernization ML/AI algorithms and proofs-of-concept.
• Develop models and implement metrics and monitoring of tools, functions, and data flows.
