Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Software Engineer, Enterprise Product, to build internal and external agents for Ramp’s largest customers. You will join our Core FDE org, an agent-first engineering team delivering end-to-end solutions that scale with customer needs.

You will interact directly with customers, shape product decisions, and expand Ramp's capabilities through agent-based implementations. This role emphasizes deep domain knowledge, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a fast-paced work

Qualifications

2+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
Extensive experience building with and for agents.
Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
Comfort and excitement to be customer-facing.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.

Responsibilities

Deliver software end to end that meet the needs of Ramp's largest customers, understanding pain points and building agents that implement solutions.
Build internal and external agents that accelerate problem solving and enable better experiences for end users.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals and expand value.
Drive the core product engineering roadmap within the embedding model and develop deep domain expertise.
