Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager – Enterprise SOC Services (Secret Clearance) to oversee enterprise cybersecurity programs and SOC consolidation efforts. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with government leadership to ensure program success.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity/program management, PMP certification, and an active Secret clearance, with 50–60 personnel oversight and 24x7 operations. Onsite work in DC is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or program management.
• PMP or equivalent certification with cybersecurity project management experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience with federal contract management and COR relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable program leader for enterprise SOC services.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Program Management Plan, integrated schedules, cost analyses, Risk Register and Issues Log; lead risk/issue reviews with the customer.
• Lead monthly Program Management Reviews with government leads and deliver Monthly Management Reports.
• Own all status reporting across task orders, meeting summaries and data calls.
• Direct SOC Performance and Investment Metrics briefings and quarterly reports.
• Oversee centralized cybersecurity intake process including triage, backlog and trend reporting.
• Develop the SOC Communications Plan and act as executive-level communicator during significant incidents.
• Coordinate with executive government leadership for program transparency.
• Manage collaboration and performance across multiple SOC initiatives.
• Drive strategic SOC consolidation and continuous improvement practices.
