Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC in Washington, DC seeks a Program Manager – Enterprise SOC Services (Secret Clearance) to oversee enterprise cybersecurity programs and lead SOC consolidation initiatives.

The role requires strong executive communication, cross-functional coordination, and experience managing 50–60 personnel across 24x7 operations, threat hunting and intelligence. A PMP and active Secret clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience or PMP certification with cybersecurity PM experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Experience leading 50–60-person programs 24x7 operations, threat hunting and intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable program leader with authority over task order leads and staffing.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise Program Management Plan, schedules, cost analyses, risk/register tracking and issue logs.
• Lead monthly program reviews with government leads, COR and task order leads; deliver monthly management reports.
• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly status reporting across task orders; produce meeting summaries and data calls responses.
• Direct bi-weekly SOC performance and investment metric briefings with quarterly reports.
• Oversee centralized cybersecurity intake process and requirements gathering with customer stakeholders.
• Provide executive-level communications during incidents; maintain program transparency.
