Job summary

ShorePoint is seeking a SOC Project Manager – SOC Lead (Secret Clearance) to direct all Security Operations Center functions for unclassified environments. You will lead incident response, coordinate cross-team efforts, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.

This role requires 10+ years in SOC operations, 5+ years in hybrid on-prem/cloud environments, and a current Secret clearance. You will collaborate with government clients and federal reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SOC operations for large enterprises.
• Ability to map SOC activities to the NIST CSF.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24x7 SOC and ensure continuous coverage.
• Coordinate task execution across sub-teams and shifts.
• Oversee on-prem and cloud SOC capabilities integration.
