Job summary

ShorePoint, LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Enterprise SOC Services (Secret Clearance) to oversee the operations of enterprise cybersecurity programs. You will lead consolidation efforts, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement across SOC initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, PMP or equivalent, and an active Secret clearance. Onsite in Washington, DC, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• PMP certification (or equivalent) plus cybersecurity experience or 10 years of cybersecurity PM experience
• Active Secret clearance required
• Experience leading programs of 50–60 personnel in 24x7 operations
• Experience with federal contract management, transitions and deliverable acceptance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable program leader with authority over task order leads
• Develop and maintain the enterprise Program Management Plan, integrated schedules, Risk Register and Issues Log
• Lead monthly Program Management Reviews with government leads and deliver Monthly Management Reports
• Own all status reporting across task orders and incident responses
• Direct SOC performance and investment metrics briefings and quarterly reports
• Oversee centralized cybersecurity intake and requirements gathering with stakeholders
• Develop the SOC Communications Plan for executive leadership during incidents
• Oversee collaboration across multiple SOC initiatives and strategic consolidation efforts
• Direct subordinate managers and specialists in tactical and operational plans
• Contribute to strategy and operational direction for enterprise cybersecurity
