Job summary

You will lead cross-functional GTM planning, connect portfolio offerings into a cohesive market narrative, and drive alignment across segments and channels to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years in product marketing, portfolio strategy, or GTM planning.
• Ability to translate complex products into clear customer value propositions.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across product, category, sales, and market marketing.
• Understanding of enterprise/ SMB buyer needs and market insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready narratives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with print, PC, workplace tech, managed services, software, AI, security, or cloud solutions.
• Familiarity with NPI processes and launch readiness.
• Ability to synthesize customer research and competitive intel into recommendations.
• Comfort operating in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio-level strategy across Enterprise and SMB services & solutions to align priorities and audience needs.
• Lead go-to-market planning and launch readiness for new products, services, and solutions.
• Connect portfolio offerings into a cohesive story showing how HP ecosystem works together.
• Apply insights to inform launch strategy, segmentation, messaging, and cross-portfolio decisions.
• Partner with product, category, sales, and market teams across the NPI lifecycle for alignment.
• Develop launch frameworks and storytelling guidance for internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio differentiation and launch effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic connector translating priorities into actionable plans.
