Job summary

Rightfiber is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage the installation of enterprise voice, video, and data solutions for business customers in the Jonesboro area. You will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are planned, scheduled, and delivered on time, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will act as the primary liaison for customers, manage tasks, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, TOA Technologies’ ETAdirect, and/or MetaSolv M6 a plus.
• CAPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determines the most efficient project plan to meet customer requests.
• Expedites installation phases and coordinates all aspects of the project.
• Serves as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the project.
• Manages revenue forecast related to assigned projects.
• Escalates issues to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Reports progress and notifies stakeholders upon completion.
