Job summary

BrightEdge is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager to drive Professional Services sales and design high-value engagements for enterprise brands. You will own discovery, scoping, proposals, SOWs, and negotiations, building trust with executives across new and existing accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver SEO and conversational AI strategies, expanding offerings with AI-readiness packages while achieving bookings targets and contributing to the practice’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with experience selling and/or delivering marketing services.
• 8+ years’ experience in marketing and/or consulting sales, with a proven track record of managing and closing deals.
• Familiarity with SEO and AEO is a plus.
• Excellent client management instincts and executive relationships.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with strong facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Design high-value services engagements for enterprise brands, encompassing SEO and AEO/LLM visibility strategies.
• Own the early-stage sales lifecycle: discovery, scoping, proposals, SOWs, and contract negotiations.
• Upsell and cross-sell by expanding existing accounts with new offerings and AI-readiness packages.
• Contribute to practice development with methodologies and intellectual capital.
