Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a System Engineer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator to own on-prem identity management across internal systems. You will oversee the MIM Synchronization Service, configure Management Agents, and drive automated provisioning and de-provisioning with custom extensions in C#/.NET.

Candidates should have a strong background in MIM/FIM, PowerShell, SQL Server access, and Windows Server infrastructure, with a focus on data integrity and secure lifecycle management.

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• CWIP/C2Q Level II required within 90 days of start date.

Description

We are seeking a System Engineer Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Administrator to serve as the SME for on premise identity and Access Management (IAM) platform which, in this case, is MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager). This role focuses on ensuring data integrity across disparate internal systems, maintaining the health of the MIM sync engine and managing the full lifecycle of internal identities without external cloud dependencies. MIM Engine Management - Direct oversight of the MIM Synchronization Service including configuration of Management Agents (MAs) like AD, SQL, file-based extensions and LDAP sources.

• Identify Lifecycle Automation - Understanding the "Joner-Mover-Leaver" process to ensure automated provisioning and de-provisioning across the internal network
• Declarative Provisioning - Maintaining Synchronization rules and attribute flow within the MIM Portal and Sync Engine
• Custom Extension Development - Debugging custom DLLS using C#/.NET for complex logic that cant' be handled by standard rules
• Data Reconciliation - Conducting regular audits to ensure identity data in the Metaverse matches authoritative sources and downstream sources

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

• C#/.NET - Ability to write and maintain custom code for Rules Extensions and workflow activities
• The ability to hand flat file integrations is important / desired skillset (if don't know - ability to learn quickly)
• MS SQL

Desired skills
