Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Linux Systems Administrator to provide cross-platform system support with a strong security mindset. The role requires Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and extensive SA experience on complex programs.

The position emphasizes rigorous patching, vulnerability analysis, and network device management, including Cisco/Palo Alto configurations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent SA experience is required, with RHCE and virtualization knowledge

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SA experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• CWIP: IAT Level 2 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide system support across multiple operating systems with security focus.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Aid users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Configure Cisco/Palo Alto switches and firewalls.
• Provide day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis and Nessus scanning.
• Support IAVA patching and compliance requirements.

Description

We are seeking a talented Linux Systems Administrator to provide system support across multiple operating system with a security understanding and experience.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Fifteen (15) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
