Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive cross-functional security initiatives. You will partner with Product Security, Platform Security and Compliance, and Engineering to define scope, track progress, and optimize security programs using AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Project or Program Management in a fast paced, technical company.
• Experience coordinating priorities across multiple teams and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ownership, collaboration, curiosity and attention to detail.
• A proactive self-starter with data-driven decision making.
• Experience using AI tooling to drive workflow efficiencies.
• Experience using Agile practices and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Tableau).
• Experience with Information Security and/or Compliance programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project and program management for high-impact security projects embedded with Enterprise Security.
• Provide operational support to engineering leads to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with stakeholders to scope and deliver cross-functional projects on time.
• Communicate status of enterprise security and compliance initiatives.
• Support roadmaps, releases and backlogs planning and execution.
• Assist with security audit efforts to reduce risk and meet frameworks.
• Help improve KPIs and processes for the Security team.
• Explore AI technologies to scale processes and visibility.
• Develop a community of practice to strengthen program management at Samsara.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
