LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Security Systems Specialist to support large-scale electronic security projects across New England. You'll install, commission, troubleshoot, and support integrated access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems while working with project managers and end users.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise electronic security systems.
• Strong knowledge of access control and CCTV technologies.
• Background in installation, commissioning, service, or systems integration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial or institutional projects.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, commission, and start-up electronic security systems
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on integrated security platforms
• Support project delivery from installation through final handover
• Commission access control, CCTV, video management, and intrusion detection systems
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and end users
• Complete system upgrades, expansions, and software integrations
• Resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site
• Produce accurate commissioning documentation and reports
• Provide technical support and training to customers where required
• Ensure installations comply with project specifications and industry standards
