Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Security Architecture Lead to craft and govern the enterprise application and data architecture strategy. The role drives alignment with business goals, enforces standards, and guides secure, scalable solutions across the organization.

You will mentor architects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance while leading modernization efforts in a large health system.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred: TOGAF or Cloud data Certifications (TOGAF 9.x mentioned).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise application and data architecture strategy.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Participate in architecture governance processes to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and goals.
• Design and oversee implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and oversight for development and integration of applications and data systems.
