Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Enterprise Security Architecture practice to lead security architecture engagements, drive future-state design, and embed security patterns across client programs. You will work with CISOs and enterprise leaders to align security with business goals.

This role combines technical architecture leadership with client advisory, governed by EY’s risk-aware, multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with ~5+ years of experience; or graduate degree with ~4+ years.
• Experience leading security architecture engagements across network, cloud, data and identity domains.
• Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA).
• Experience communicating with CISOs, enterprise architects, and technology executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture engagements across diverse industries.
• Oversee assessments, future-state design, and governance frameworks.
• Guide clients through architecture standards and security patterns with executive-ready recommendations.
• Mentor and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants; manage engagement workstreams.
