Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead client engagements spanning architecture assessments, Zero Trust program design, cloud security architecture, and governance. You will guide teams, translate findings into executive-ready recommendations, and contribute to business development across EY's Cyber practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture assessments and future-state design.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture engagements across multiple industries.
• Oversee architecture assessments and future-state design initiatives.
• Guide governance frameworks, security patterns, and standards development.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants; deliver high-quality client service within timelines and budgets.
