Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Enterprise Security Architecture to lead architecture engagements across industries, guiding clients through future-state designs and governance frameworks. The role partners with CISOs and executives to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations, while mentoring Senior Consultants and delivering on client commitments.

You will oversee security patterns, facilitate architecture reviews, and contribute to business development within EY's Cyber practice,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with ~4+ years.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture assessments and future-state design, cloud security architecture, and governance.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture engagements across industries and oversee assessments and design initiatives.
• Guide clients through governance frameworks, standards, and architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with CISOs and executives to translate findings into executive-ready recommendations.
• Provide hands-on direction across Zero Trust, cloud security, and DevSecOps initiatives.
