Job summary

EY’s Enterprise Security Architecture team is seeking a Manager to lead security architecture engagements across industries, guiding assessments, future-state design, governance, and secure patterns that align security with business strategy.

You will mentor Senior Consultants, collaborate with CISOs and executives, and contribute to business development, shaping Zero Trust and cloud security programs while advancing EY’s cyber practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in enterprise security architecture assessments and future‑state architecture design
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks: NIST CSF, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA
• Willingness to travel 25–50%

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security architecture engagements across industries
• Oversee architecture assessments, future-state design, governance, and security patterns
• Guide clients through architecture standards and executive-facing recommendations
• Mentor Senior Consultants and collaborate with client leadership to deliver secure outcomes
