Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm seeks an experienced information security leader to shape and strengthen the organization’s security posture. You will develop enterprise security architecture, lead awareness training, and oversee policy creation to ensure governance and compliance across the firm.

Collaborating with senior leadership, you will drive a three-year security strategy, coordinate with outsourced security teams, and supervise vulnerability assessments, audits, and remediation efforts to protect

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science.
• 5 years equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in security architecture relating to Microsoft 365 tenants (Intune, Exchange, Defender, Azure).
• Extensive experience in enterprise security architecture design.
• Experience in designing and delivering employee security awareness training.
• Experience in developing Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the enterprise’s security architecture design.
• Create and maintain the enterprise’s security awareness training program.
• Create and maintain the enterprise’s security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures).
• Create and maintain the enterprise’s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan, where appropriate.
