Job summary

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking an experienced Security Architect to strengthen our enterprise security posture. You will lead design of the security architecture, govern Microsoft 365 safeguards, and oversee training, policies, and business continuity planning.

Collaborate with outsourced teams and the MSP to implement security measures and drive a three‑year roadmap. Ideal candidates have a college CS degree and extensive experience in security architecture, documentation, and threat remediation.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in computer science and/or 5 years equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in security architecture for Microsoft 365 tenants (Intune, Exchange, Defender, Azure).
• Experience in enterprise security architecture design.
• Experience in enterprise security document creation.
• Experience in designing and delivering employee security awareness training.
• Experience in developing Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Experience in managing/coordinating with outsourced security teams.
• Working knowledge of SentinelOne.
• Strong understanding of IP, TCP/IP and network protocols.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Mobile Device Management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the enterprise’s security architecture design.
• Create and maintain the enterprise’s security awareness training program.
• Create and maintain the enterprise’s security documents (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, and procedures).
• Create and maintain the enterprise’s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan, where appropriate.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of a three-year security strategy roadmap.
• Collaborate with the security MSP to implement security recommendations and improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry, including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes, and the development of new attacks and threat vectors.
• Select and acquire additional security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions to improve overall enterprise security as part of a three-year plan.
• Oversee the deployment, integration, and initial configuration of all new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions.
• Coordinate with the security MSP for the deployment and integration of security solutions.
• Supervise all investigations into problematic activity and provide ongoing communication with senior management.
• Supervise the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, tabletop testing, and security audits.
• Perform regular security awareness training for all employees to ensure consistently high levels of compliance with enterprise security documents.
• Manage the relationship with the security MSP, ensuring effective oversight and implementation of security measures.

About the Role

This influential role will shape and strengthen the company’s security posture through forward-thinking policies, secure architecture, employee training, and the selection of best-in-class security solutions. Partnering closely with business leaders across the organization, this individual will champion a shared vision for enterprise security while fostering collaboration, awareness, and accountability. The role will also oversee vulnerability assessments, security audits, and remediation efforts, helping ensure the organization remains protected against evolving threats.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Local Time
