Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Security Architecture engagements across industries in the US. You will shape security strategy, mentor teams, and drive client value through executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs and boards.

You will guide Zero Trust programs, cloud security, IAM, data protection and governance, while developing proposals and expanding EY's cybersecurity practice. Travel 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 7+ years acceptable.
• Experience leading security architecture engagements with executive stakeholders.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, SABSA.
• Proven ability to develop proposals, pursue opportunities, and drive account growth.
• Willingness to travel; travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee complex security architecture engagements across industries.
• Lead architecture assessments, Zero Trust programs, cloud security initiatives, and governance.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and boards to frame challenges and present findings.
