What You’ll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and industry networking
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to build long-term relationships with customers and carriers
  • Collaborate with our operations and carrier teams to ensure seamless execution of freight solutions
  • Provide customized logistics strategies to meet client needs and exceed service expectations
  • Take initiative in lead development and client acquisition—though we’ll support you with leads too
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues to uphold service excellence
  • Contribute to the team’s growth by sharing insights, mentoring peers, and leading by example
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of proven success in logistics, freight brokerage, or B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy and confident using CRM and logistics platforms
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and results
