Job description

Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is seeking a PMO/TMO Analyst - Global Logistics to join their team, working fully remote, on a 12-Month Contract. As a PMO/TMO Analyst, you will be part of the transformation management office supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: PMO/TMO Analyst - Global Logistics

Location: 100% Remote, reporting to Maplewood, MN

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Job Function
  • Assist in developing the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.
  • Support the execution of strategies within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Provide process support to global logistics operational execution.
  • Manage key process indices and provide data support.
  • Oversee organizational change management and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of relevant experience in international logistics and project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project.
  • Proven experience in project management and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong ability to navigate organizational interdependencies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for stakeholder management.
  • Leadership and coaching abilities for large cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
