Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Sales Specialist for Global Risk Insight to expand our footprint in Europe by selling geopolitical, security, and macroeconomic analysis solutions. The role targets enterprise clients and requires a proven track record in complex deal cycles and executive-level influence.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to craft strategic narratives and guide advisory engagements, building lasting partnerships and driving revenue growth across the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-bearing experience in enterprise sales or business development in geopolitical/security/macroeconomic/data or analysis space.
• Proven success in selling to large enterprises and managing complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate strategic accounts and influence executive-level decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen with consultative selling skills (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive complex, high-value sales cycles for Global Risk Insights across the European region.
• Create sales strategy to maximise revenue growth and market expansion in territory.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CSO, Head of Intelligence, Head of Public Affairs).
• Lead advisory discussions to shape use cases aligned to customer priorities and contract outcomes.
• Exceed on sales targets and KPIs by generating and closing new opportunities.
• Develop pipeline with Sales Generalists; collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
