Job summary

BlueLabs is seeking motivated growth leaders at Director/Senior Director/Managing Director levels to drive net-new revenue in the Commercial Practice. You will hunt for new logos, cultivate executive relationships, and close transformative engagements within Fortune 500 companies.

You will leverage an extensive professional network, deliver strategic go-to-market plans, and mentor teams to scale revenue and client impact across major accounts in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales quotas in a consultative services environment.
• Familiarity with consumer analytics, influencer analytics, AI, persuasion modeling, and experimental design.
• Exceptional communication skills with Fortune 500 executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and close new client engagements with Fortune 500 organizations.
• Lead and manage a portfolio of engagements with high-quality delivery and client impact.
• Articulate BlueLabs' offerings to non-technical stakeholders and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor and guide team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
