Job summary

A rapidly growing SaaS company, backed by top VC firms, is looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to join their team. The role involves a hunter approach to capture new business directly with airport operational leaders. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in sales and business development, particularly in the B2B SaaS space, along with a passion for aviation and cloud-native solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales & business development.
  • Ability to lead full sales process across prospecting, qualification, deal strategy, and execution.
  • Hustler / Hunter mentality, capable of succeeding in a start-up, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Capture new business and sell to airport operational leaders.
  • Lead the sales process across different phases, from prospecting to execution.
  • Meet or exceed a revenue quota of 750k+.

They are seeking aCommercialSales Manager totake on a hunter role focused on capturing new business and selling directly into airport operational leaders.
Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager
Location: Remote – Preferably based in eastern or central time zones.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ yearsprofessional experience in sales & business development, focusedhunting / Direct sales in enterprise model
  • B2B SaaSand enterprise focus
  • Experience hitting/exceeding 750k+ revenue quota
  • Ability to lead full sales process, across prospecting, qualification, deal strategy and execution
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Hustler / Hunter mentality, and ability to succeed in a start-up, dynamic environment
  • Interest in aviation, and selling cloud-native software solutions to improve airport operational efficiency
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 base salary(Based on experience & level),plus commission(50/50 split) and equity
