FirstLight Fiber is seeking an Account Executive-Managed Security & Enterprise Solutions in Allentown, PA. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth by winning net-new business and managing opportunities across the pipeline.

You will coordinate resources and align FirstLight solutions with customer objectives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B sales, strong telecom knowledge, and a proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom or ISP.
• Proven track record of exceeding new logo sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry and terminology.
• Experience selling to Mid-Market, Large Enterprise, Healthcare and Financial services, with emphasis on new logo growth.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close as many sales opportunities as possible.
• Identify the needs of prospects, provide guidance and solution recommendations.
• Develop mastery of FirstLight’s broad portfolio and connect client objectives with offerings.
• Be proactive in opportunity development and establish relationships with prospects.
• Build and expand relationships with Economic Buyer in prospect accounts.
• Assist the prospect in maximizing their return with FirstLight; act as a Trusted Advisor.
• Stay updated on competition and industry trends; report pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Collaborate with peers and management to continually improve the sales organization.
